1- Eligibility:

Only individuals who are legally authorized under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to engage in online sales, purchases, and contract formation can participate in transactions.

To enable purchases via the website, you must register with your real name, family name, email address, phone number, and correct payment details and address, allowing us to send you invoices and other necessary information.

You confirm and warrant that all payment details provided are valid, complete, and correct, and that you are the person referred to in the billing information.

When purchasing a product from the website, Ash For Bags reserves the right to verify your credit card, transfer, send, or obtain credit card information, personal reports, or authenticate your identity as deemed necessary. Personal information may be disclosed to credit references or fraud prevention services, which may retain a record of such information.

2- Ordering Products:

The products available on the website, including samples or gifts with purchases, are offered by Ash For Bags for personal use or gifting only. You may not sell any products you purchase or obtain in any other way from Ash For Bags.

There may be differences between the packaging or carton design of the product received and its display on the Ash For Bags website due to the issuance of updated designs by Ash For Bags or the manufacturer. However, Ash For Bags guarantees that the product contents will remain the same. We strive to update product packaging and images on the website regularly.

Products displayed for sale on the website are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill an order due to unavailability, we will inform you as soon as possible and cancel your order in full.

All orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies or errors in the product or pricing information, our inability to obtain payment authorization, shipping restrictions, product quality issues, or failure to meet eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions, or any other problem we may discover.

Ash For Bags will retain a record of your transactions for no less than ten years.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email detailing your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is confirmation that we have received your order.

One of our agents will contact you to confirm your order, and if they are unable to reach you via the phone number provided during registration, you will receive an email requesting that you confirm your order. In the absence of confirmation, the initial order will still be processed, and if the order is not canceled, your order will be accepted once it is packed. At this time, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

As such, the sales contract is concluded in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia upon approval, and the language of the contract will be Arabic.

We reserve the right to refuse to process any order for any reason and to refuse service to any person at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any product, including any samples or gifts with purchases, from the website, whether the product has been sold or not. We are also not responsible for removing, testing, auditing, or editing any materials or content on the website, or for refusing to process a transaction, canceling, or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

We make every effort to ensure that all details on the website are accurate. However, from time to time, we may discover an error in product pricing. If we discover an error in the price of a product you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We are not obliged to accept or fulfill an order for a product listed at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such orders, even if they have been accepted or are on their way to you. If you have ordered a product at the wrong price, we will email or call you to inform you that we have not accepted your order or that it has been canceled.

If you have already paid for the product, we will refund the amount in full as soon as possible, and if the products are already on their way to you, we will process a refund once we receive the returned products.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to pay the full amount due for the product as outlined in your order, including any applicable shipping fees.


 

Return and Exchange Policy:

At Ash For Bags, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction and guarantee the quality of all our products. However, if a mistake occurs on our part – such as an error in product preparation or a product with a manufacturing defect – we will cover all costs and resolve your issue as quickly as possible (within 1-7 business days).

Returns:

Returns can be made within 2 days of receiving the product. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product, provided the product's packaging has not been opened. The customer will bear the cost of returning the products according to the shipping company chosen by the customer.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can be made within 4 days of receiving the order, provided the shipment is in good condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs based on the shipping company they select.

Partial Returns or Exchanges:

If the customer received free delivery due to exceeding the free delivery threshold or by using a shipping code, and then returns/exchanges (part of the order or the entire order), resulting in the total falling below the free delivery threshold, the customer will be required to pay the delivery fee.
